- Commercial space of approximately 70-150 m2 (depending on the commercial capacity of the city where it is located).
- Sufficient financial resources to cover the costs of a store adaptation in accordance with the franchising requirements, including store renovation and purchase of furniture; such costs amount to approximately €90,000.00 in case of a medium-sized store.
- Prior experience in running a store will also be an asset.
