Information obligation

Acting in accordance with art. 13 item 1 of the Resolution by the European Parliament and Council (EU) 2016/679 dated 27th April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (EU Official Journal L.2016.119.1), further called: ”R.O.D.O.”, we inform that:

  • The Administrator of your personal data is the company KAN Sp. z o.o., with a registered office in Łódź (92-760), at the address  ul.  Wiączyńskiej 8A, for which the District Court for Łódź-Śródmieście, XX Commercial Division of the National Court Register keeps registration files under the KRS no. 0000119998, Tax ID 7251019880. The Administrator, for the proper protection of personal data, has appointed the Data Protection Officer, with whom it is possible to contact at the following e-mail address: abi@kan.pl or in writing to the Administrator's address with the inscription "Data protection".
  • Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of carrying out an inquiry / notification under Art. 6 par. 1 lit. f) r.o.d.o.
  • Your personal data will be made available to:
    • - third party entities providing services related to the Administrator’s ongoing business activity;
    • - third party entities providing services related to the Administrator’s ongoing business activity;
    • - third party entities providing and supporting the Administrator’s telecommunication and IT systems for the purpose of operating the website www.tatuum.com;
    • - on the basis of appropriate personal data processing outsourcing contracts and on the condition of the application by such entities of adequate technical and organizational measures in order to ensure data protection;
    • - other entities authorized to acquire such data on the basis of applicable legal regulations.
  • Your personal data will be stored for the period necessary to answer the question asked via the contact form, and after this period for the purposes and for the period and to the extent required by law or to secure any claims until the statute of limitations expires.
  • You have the right to access the contents of your data, amend or delete them, limit their processing, the right to transfer data, right to raise objections, right to withdraw consent at any time without influence on the legality of any processing which has been performed on the basis of consent prior to its withdrawal.
  • You have the right to submit a complaint, if you conclude that data processing violates r.o.d.o. regulations. The complaint should be submitted to the supervisory authority which following the 25th of May 2018 will be the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
  • Your personal data will not be transferred to a third country or an international organization.
  • Your personal data will not be processed in an automated way, including in the form of profiling.
  • Providing your personal data by you is voluntary, but necessary to achieve the purpose, indicated by the Administrator.
