The cost of delivery, regardless of the option chosen for free:
- standard delivery within Poland: 2-7 business days, paid on line - PLN 0
- standard delivery within Poland: 2-7 business days, cash on delivery - PLN 0
- delivery via InPost self-service parcel machines in Poland: 2-7 business days, paid on line - PLN 0
The promotion action lasts until further notice.
Shipments outside of Poland within the European Union are carried out by courier and their cost in the European Union is 50 PLN (including VAT).
The courier will be tried to deliver the order twice to the indicated address. After two unsuccessful attempts to deliver the parcel, it will be sent back to the online store.
Re-posting involves an additional fee according to the standard price list in the store's regulations.
IF THE ARTICLE OR SIZE IS MISMATCHED YOU HAVE 30 DAYS FOR RETURN!
To make a return, simply report to Customer Service at [email protected] the need to make a return. You should provide the following information:
- order number from the online store
- your phone number
Important: In the subject of the e-mail, please write: "Return to order no .........."
The return goods should be packed with the completed and signed return form. All return goods should be sent to the address:
Kan Sp. z o.o. ul. PKP 6 92-402 Łódź with the note Magazyn.
Please use the personalized withdrawal form which is sent in the email confirming the order.

REMEMBER! YOU CAN RETURN PRODUCTS ALSO AT NEARBY TATUUM STORE.
The refund will be made within 14 days of the return shipment arriving at our warehouse.
The form of refund depends on the payment method chosen when you are placing the order. In the case of payment on delivery, a refund is made to the bank account given in the return form.
