3. Send the return to our warehouse in Poland. 
4. Await verification and refund.

HOW WAS THE PRODUCT PURCHASED?

 

REGISTERED USER (with login):

1. Log in to your user account and then register your return under ORDERS. Then follow the on-screen instructions.
2. After registering your return, send the return to our warehouse in Poland.

LOGIN

PURCHASE AS A GUEST (without logging in):

1. Submit a return on the page below with your email and order number.
2. After registering your return, send the return to our warehouse in Poland.

REGISTER YOUR RETURN

Refunds will be made without delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract. The withdrawal period is observed if you send back the product(s) before the expiry of the 14-day period. The costs of delivery of the returned goods shall be borne by the customer. The form of refund depends on the payment method selected when placing the order. Send the return by yourself to the address below - remember to register the return in advance:
