Respect for traditional craftsmanship and authenticity are values that guide us from the initial design to the finished product. That is why we created our TUUGETHER FOREVER Programme, combining a 10-year Garment Warranty and Repair Service for TATUUM TUUGETHER Club members who purchased clothing from the TATUUM chain of stores after 1 September 2025. TIMELESSNESS

We create our clothes with care so that they can serve you for years. We carefully select materials, focus on timeless cuts and classic aesthetics. An experienced team of designers, technologists and constructors supervises each stage of the project to ensure that the final product meets our customers' expectations. Our models undergo laboratory tests to confirm their composition, and in the case of selected materials, they also undergo pilling tests. For years, we have maintained a complaint rate of less than 1%.

CONSCIOUS CHOICES

Designing clothes that last for many seasons is a value rooted in the DNA of the TATUUM brand. It goes hand in hand with care and commitment, thanks to which we create products tailored to the needs of today's customers, while maintaining the principles of timeless design. We focus on collections made from selected materials, such as linen, cotton and LENZING™ ECOVERO™ viscose, because we believe that a modern approach to fashion begins with conscious decisions.

EDUCATION

For years, TATUUM has been focusing not only on fashion, but also on educating its customers. The brand promotes a conscious approach to clothing through the TUUGETHER FOREVER Programme, which encourages people to repair clothes instead of throwing them away and to take proper care of them to extend their life. It also runs the TATUUM Longevity Foundation, which aims to support initiatives to extend the life of clothes and make conscious fashion choices.

10-YEAR GARMENT WARRANTY PROGRAMME

At TATUUM, we create clothes with timelessness and long-term use in mind. That is why we offer TATUUM TUUGETHER Club members a 10-year Garment Warranty* – significantly longer than the standard 2-year warranty.

We want to give our customers not only a unique product at the time of purchase, but also a sense of security for the long term.

*The Program includes only clothing purchased after 1 September 2025 by TATUUM TUUGETHER Club members and applies to manufacturing defects. Details are available in the terms and conditions.

COMPLAINT

You can submit a complaint about clothing purchased in our shop at any TATUUM store. The salesperson will assess the defect, fill out a form and forward the product to the complaints department. After reviewing your complaint, we will inform you of our decision by text message or email, and you can collect the repaired or replaced product from the same point.

You can also return the product to our distribution centre together with the complaint form. Once the complaint process is complete, we will send the repaired or replaced product directly to the address you specify.
