That is why we created our TUUGETHER FOREVER Programme, combining a 10-year Warranty and lifetime Repair Service, available to TATUUM TUUGETHER Club Members who have purchased clothing from the TATUUM chain of stores – so that your favourite clothes can serve you longer.

QUALITY AND LONGEVITY
We create our clothes with attention to quality so that they will serve you for years. We carefully select materials, focus on timeless cuts and classic aesthetics. An experienced team of designers, technologists and constructors supervises each stage of the project to ensure that the final product meets the highest expectations. Each model goes through rigorous testing and quality control, which allows us to keep the complaint rate below 1%.
RESPONSIBILITY
The longevity of clothing is a value rooted in the DNA of the TATUUM brand. It goes hand in hand with responsibility, thanks to which we limit the negative impact of the fashion industry on the environment. We plan each stage – from design to delivery – so that production has as little impact on the environment as possible. We choose suppliers who follow ethical principles. We focus on collections made from selected materials, such as linen, organic cotton and Lenzing™ ECOVERO™ viscose, because we believe that responsible fashion starts with conscious decisions.
EDUCATION
For years, TATUUM has been focusing not only on fashion, but also on educating its customers, building awareness in many areas. The brand teaches a responsible approach to clothing through the TUUGETHER FOREVER Programme and initiatives and activities promoting longevity in fashion supported by our TATUUM Longevity Foundation.
10-YEAR WARRANTY PROGRAMME
At TATUUM, we create clothes with quality and longevity in mind. That is why, from 1 September 2025, we are offering TATUUM TUUGETHER Club members a 10-year warranty*, which is significantly longer than the standard 2-year warranty.
We want to give our customers not only product quality at the time of purchase, but also a sense of security for the long term.
*The Programme covers only clothing purchased after 1 September 2025 by Users registered with the TATUUM TUUGETHER Club and applies to production defects.
COMPLAINT
You can submit a complaint about clothing purchased in our shop at any TATUUM store. The salesperson will assess the defect, fill out a form and forward the product to the complaints department. After reviewing your complaint, we will inform you of our decision by text message or email, and you can collect the repaired or replaced product from the same point.
You may also return the product to our distribution centre together with the complaint form. Once the complaint process is complete, we will send the repaired or replaced product directly to the address you specify.
REPAIR SERVICE AT THE TATUUM TUUGETHER CLUB
From 1 September 2025, users of the TATUUM TUUGETHER Club will gain access to the Repair Service, covering faults not covered by the Warranty. Repair services will be provided in accordance with the price list set out in the terms and conditions. Additionally, for the first 6 months of the Service's operation, all repairs available through it will be performed at a promotional price of 1 PLN.
