Regulations on the replacement or return policy of full value goods purchased in TATUUM physical stores.

1. These Regulations (further “Regulations”) specify the rules concerning the replacement or return of goods purchased in TATUUM physical stores. This is the only compilation of rules concerning the return or replacement of full value goods applicable in TATUUM stores.

2. In light of legal provisions applicable in Poland (the Consumer Rights Act, Journal of Laws 2014, pos. 827, the Civil Code Act, Journal of Laws 1964, no. 16, pos. 93), the Seller is not obliged to accept a return of full value goods. These Regulations are an expression of TATUUM’s care for Customer satisfaction.

3. The Regulations do not apply to the Online Store.

4. Every Consumer is given the option to return or replace goods purchased in a TATUUM store within 30 days from the purchase date. After the aforementioned timeframe expires, there is no further possibility of replacement or return.

5. Upon making a return or replacement of goods, the Consumer:

a. returns the receipt to the Seller; if the receipt includes other products, the Consumer receives a replacement receipt; the original receipt remains with the Seller;

b. presents to the Seller an original VAT Invoice; if the Invoice also includes other goods, the Consumer receives an adjustment Invoice; the original VAT Invoice is returned to the Consumer.

6. The return of goods is made against a reimbursement of the price paid by the Consumer:

a. if the Consumer has paid for the goods in cash, the price is reimbursed in cash;

b. in the case of a card payment, the price is reimbursed to the card used to make the original payment;

c. in the case of payment using a TATUUM gift card, the price is reimbursed to a TATUUM gift card.

d. the Regulations do not apply to the return or replacement of goods purchased during promotional events.

7. The return or replacement policy covers goods which:

a. do not bear signs of use;

b. have not been in any way damaged;

c. feature all originally attached, permanent markings, in particular tags, which the Seller has attached to the goods, and which do not show signs of removal and re-attachment to the goods;

d. are in their original, intact packaging, if the goods featured such packaging;

e. have not been purchased at a reduced price due to a physical defect, damage, or any deficiencies;

f. underwear (boxers, socks, stockings, foundation garments, body, swimsuits) are not subject to return.

8. Any possible complaints or reservations concerning the application of the Regulations should be submitted in writing within 3 days from the event substantiating such a complaint, addressing it to the TATUUM store’s manager.

9. Consumers may familiarize themselves with the contents of the Regulations in TATUUM Stores.

FINAL PROVISIONS

1. Failure to return or replace goods within 30 days from the purchase date is tantamount to forfeiting the ability to exercise the rights granted on the basis of the Regulations.

2. The Seller also reserves the Right to make changes to the Regulations. The Seller shall make the revised Regulations available both in TATUUM Stores and on the website: www.tatuum.com

The revised Regulations shall not apply to goods purchased prior to the revision date. A change to the Regulations becomes effective on the date of publication on the website www.tatuum.com

3. The administrator of personal data disclosed in the course of return or replacement of goods is the Company KAN Sp. z o.o. (Ltd.) with a registered office in Łódź, address: 92-760 Łódź, ul. Wiączyńska 8a, entered into the entrepreneurs’ registry kept by the District Court for Łódź – Śródmieście in Łódź, XX Commercial Division of the National Court Register under the KRS number 119998, assigned the REGON number 471164930 and Tax ID 7251019880. Such data shall be processed exclusively for the purpose of effecting a return or replacement of purchased goods. The Customer has the right to access the contents of their data and the ability to amend them. The provision of data is voluntary, however, it is required to effect the return or replacement of goods.

4. These Regulations become effective on 15.10.2020.
