At TATUUM we don’t limit the responsible selling to our showrooms. Well-being and health of our Clients are among our priorities, and because of that we approach every order from our e-shop with extra care and exceptional safety measures.
Warehouse workers are given any needed personal protective equipment: masks and gloves. They have unlimited access to disinfectants. Out of concern for safety on the next stages of delivery, we suggest using safe, contactless package pickup.
DPD
Courier delivery by DPD guarantees high levels of safety measures included in the logistic processes. Couriers are equipped with masks, scarves, or visors, gloves, and disinfectants. Delivery process include all the procedures improving the act of package pickup and limiting interpersonal contacts (door delivery, delivery with a one-time PIN code, cashless payments)/ If the Client decides on contactless delivery, they can inform the courier about the decision to use the Safe Place or „Delivery to the Neighbour” services.
Your disposition should be submitted:
- via the DPD website.
- via phone (directly to the courier)
- via SMS (directly to the courier).
The Safe Place service allows the courier to leave the package in a spot pointed by the Purchaser, no signature required. The courier takes a photo of the package and places the photo on the delivery confirmation, in the spot dedicated to the signature. In that case, the website shows the word „SAFEPLACE” instead of the surname of the Purchaser.
The „Delivery to the Neighbour” service lets you change the delivery address to the one nearby. The confirmation is, in that case, the same as in a delivery without the disposition.
InPost
Delivery to the InPost Parcel Lockers enables a contactless and touchless package pickup. The Parcel Lockers are regularly washed and disinfected with steam. The couriers and sorting workers are equipped with personal protective equipment, and have their temperature measured every day. The InPost facilities are cleaned every day in accordance with the standards in force in the health service. To open the locker you can use the InPost app.
